Waypoint Partners is pleased to announce that it has advised on the sale of London-based data design studio, Signal Noise, to The Economist Group.

Founded in 2010 by Matthew Falla, Christian Thümer and Hem Patel, Signal Noise creates data visualisations, tools and dashboards for clients including Accenture, EE and Unilever.

The Signal Noise team is extremely excited about joining The Economist Group and the opportunities this new partnership brings, for the business and its clients. Waypoint is delighted to have worked with Signal Noise on this transaction and we look forward to seeing the team continue to achieve great things.

‘Waypoint Partners were a fantastic addition to the Signal Noise team on this deal. They applied their significant industry experience in a way that was personable, supportive and good humoured throughout. Waypoint Partners are fluent in the language, processes and culture of both agency and corporate worlds – which was invaluable for strengthening ties and developing a common understanding between us and The Economist Group.’ – Matthew Falla, Founder, Signal Noise
