Waypoint advise Casual Films, Inc. on its acquisition of Asia Pacific Ventures

Waypoint is delighted to have advised Casual Films, Inc. on its acquisition of Asia Pacific Ventures, a long-standing Hong Kong content strategy and production agency.


The announcement follows a year of exciting growth, market expansion and a keen focus on enhancing proprietary technology aimed at efficient global production.

Founded in 2006, Casual has grown to over 75 people with offices in London, the US, Australia and Spain. Its clients include BMW, Google, JPMorgan, HSBC, NBA, Red Bull, and Salesforce.

APV, headquartered in Hong Kong serves multi-national companies in Asia-Pacific and beyond. Recent clients include Prudential, Alibaba, Manulife, Hotel Jen, RedBull and Jumpstarter.
