Mark's Biography

I have significant M&A, financial due diligence, and accounting experience across a wide variety of industries, including creative marketing, technology, healthcare, manufacturing, industrial, and consumer products.

I’ve previously worked within the Transaction Advisory groups at Calculate (working with high growth startups) and Ernst & Young (serving private equity firms and international public companies), Corporate Development at Eaton Corporation, and Blackbaud, Inc. a software provider for the not-for-profit sector.

I currently live in Manhattan, primarily grew up in South Carolina, and am originally from Toronto. I love music, being a piano player myself, and enjoy live entertainment (comedy and concerts) and sports, especially golf.
