Mark's Biography

As an Associate Director at Waypoint Partners, I work across our growth advisory clients based primarily in the UK and Europe.

I have worked in the creative industries for 15 years, both in large networks and independent agencies. As a chartered accountant, I have worked within and then later developed finance functions capable of supporting high performing businesses and their executive level leadership teams. This experience has enabled me to understand the key business challenges that growing agencies face, the common pitfalls that many fall into and how effective progress can be enabled to meet shareholder ambitions

When I’m not in the office I’m normally spending time with my wife and daughter, strength training (my meditation time), or cooking something Italian or smoked!
